The Revenue Leak Field Guide is a digital PDF product. After checkout, buyers are directed to a download page where they can enter basic information and access the PDF.

Refunds for Digital Downloads

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, all sales are generally final once the download is delivered. However, BEM Audit may issue a refund within 7 days for duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, or access problems we cannot resolve.

Audit and Service Refunds

Refund terms for paid audits, consulting, or implementation services may vary by offer and will be stated before payment or in the project agreement. Completed audit work is generally not refundable once delivered.
