These Terms apply to Blog Empire Manager, BEM Audit digital products, audit requests, and related services.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, including the Revenue Leak Field Guide, are provided for educational and business-planning purposes. You may use them internally for your own business or website. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or claim them as your own product.

Audit and Consulting Services

Audit services provide analysis, recommendations, and implementation guidance. They do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, traffic, conversion, or business outcomes. Results depend on your market, execution, website history, offer, audience, and other factors outside our control.

No Professional Advice

Content, audits, checklists, and recommendations are provided for general business and marketing purposes. They are not legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, or use purchased materials in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Prices, offers, and availability may change over time. Taxes, if applicable, may be handled by the payment provider or charged separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BEM Audit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.
